About the Contract
The Waters Corporation preferred supplier contract is the result of theProcurement Services partnership with the Educational &Institutional Cooperative Services (E&I), higher education’s preferred group purchasingorganization. In partnership with E&I, Procurement Services participates ingroup purchasing initiatives that will result in improved contracting and costsavings opportunities resulting from the leveraging of buying power with otherpurchasing organizations in higher education.

All Waters Corporation product requirements must be processed via the BEN Buys purchasing system. The online productcatalog with Penn specific contract pricing is available in the Penn Marketplace. The University’s MasterCard Purchasing Card cannot be usedfor purchases from Waters Corporation.
