The Visual Sound Incorporated preferred supplier contract is the result ofthe Procurement Services Audiovisual andClassroom Technology commodity project in partnership with key customersacross the campus to leverage the University’s total spend on audiovisualequipment, supplies and services.

All Visual Sound Incorporated purchase requests must be processed via the BEN Buys purchasing system. TheUniversity’s MasterCard Purchasing Card cannot be used for purchases from VisualSound Incorporated.
