About the Contract
The Agilent Technologies preferred supplier contract is the result of ahigher education collaborativebuying partnership with the Educational& Institutional Cooperative Services (E&I). The partnership withE&I enables Procurement Services to increase its capacity and achieve greatercontracting and cost containment results without adding cost to the institution.Participation in the highereducation life sciences collaborative buying initiative enables ProcurementServices to leverage Penn’s buying power with other large research institutionsin higher education.

All Agilent Technologies products must be processed via the BEN Buys purchasing system. TheUniversity’s MasterCard Purchasing Card cannot be used for purchases fromAgilent Technologies.
