Cancellation Policy

If Client cancels the Event for any reason, LCG will withhold any deposits as a cancellation fee for planning the Event, and LCG will be reimbursed for all non‐cancelable cost to LCG, unless LCG receives a written cancellation notice more than 10 days prior to Client’s Event or the Event is cancelled by LCG. Either party may cancel the event with 10 days notice to the other party.

Staffing

Can provide staffing with uniforms.

Linens, China, Tables, Chairs, Stemware, Chaffing Dishes, Tents, Floral Arrangements, Décor

Any items provided by 3rd party will have a 10% markup.
