Cancellation Policy
Root and Sprig requires that any adjustments to your order be made with a minimum of 2 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. They will try there best to accommodate requests based on the availability of our product and resources. Requests are not guaranteed. Adjustments on confirmed orders over $125, made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, may be subject to a 65% fee on reduced amounts requested. Cancellations on confirmed orders under $1,000 must be made outside of 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up time to not incur any cancellation fees. Cancellations on confirmed orders over $1,000 must be made outside of 48 hours of your scheduled pick-up time in order to not incur any cancellation fees. Cancellations on confirmed orders made within the 24 and 48 hour windows stated above, are subject to a 65% cancellation fee calculated on the subtotal of the order.
