Deposits

Weekdays: 10% of order with a $50 minimum
Weekends: 10% of order with a $50 minimum

Cancellation Policy
If Penn cancels an event within:
Within 3 weeks of event date, Penn would be pay for 25% of contract price.
Within 2 weeks of event date, Penn would be pay for 50% of contract price
Within 8 days of event date, Penn would be pay for 75% of contract price
Within 7 days of event date, Penn would be pay for 100% of contract price
If Jerry’s Kitchen cancels, they must inform Penn of withdrawal from the event at least 30 days prior from the event date and all money paid will be refunded.

Can provide staffing in full uniform
Equipment
Linens, China, Tables, Chairs, Stemware, Chaffing Dishes, Tents, Floral Arrangements, Pipe and Drape, Décor, Easels, Electric Sternos, Hot Plates. If provided by 3rd party, no markup. If these items are provided through a 3rd party, a 30% markup will be applied
