Following a competitive bidding process, Emma, has been awarded a contract as the University’spreferred web-based mass email marketing platform, effective December 4, 2014.
About the Contract
The contract and email marketing platform provided by Emma meets FERPA andemail marketing compliance requirements. Discounted pricing is based on twomodels: email volume-based, or contact-based. Contact Purchasing Service forreferences to existing Penn customers or contract and pricing information.
